Christ Commission Fellowship held its annual leadership conference last January 23-24, 2015 at the CCF Center along C5 and Ortigas, Tiendesitas. Every year I look forward to coming to the conference to help me reflect and look closer at my walk with Christ, to learn new perspectives on the Word of God, and to dig deeper into that mine of wisdom.
This time around we had two international guest speakers: Michael Ramsden, the International Director for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM), and Pastor Edmund Chan, the lead pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church in Singapore. CCF has hosted members of RZIM previously, who tackled many of the popular questions and perspectives which Biblical Apologetics deals with, while Edmund Chan is a known friend of our church and has come to speak here on previous occasions, always spurring us to step out in faith to pursue discipleship with greater fervor and commitment.
Both were welcome speakers, complementing the messages of our Senior Pastor Peter Tan-Chi. Together, they delivered a succession of messages that aligned to build up the participants to pushing forward and being filled with the Spirit.
